State Government Fiscal Paper: A TasCOSS Perspective (2006)
The TasCOSS Social Policy and Research team is seeking feedback on its recently completed Discussion Paper on State Government fiscal policy. The Discussion Paper is intended to assist TasCOSS to develop principles about Government revenue and the funding of community and other services by the State Government. Welfare to Work Fact Sheet (2005)
TasCOSS fact sheet on the impact of the Commonwealth Government's Welfare to Work changes on Tasmanians. TasCOSS joined with the Australian Council of Social Service (ACOSS), the national Council of Social Service Network, and other community organisations, in a national campaign to increase public awareness of the pressures facing low-income and disadvantaged Australians.
