Tasmanian Women’s Register
The Tasmanian Government is keen to see more boards and committees draw on the expertise of Tasmanian women, so Women Tasmania has established an on-line register to assist in increasing women’s representation. Anyone can also check for updates on the site to see what board vacancies are listed.
Volunteering Tasmania
An up to date database of volunteer positions available around Tasmania. Go to Volunteering Tasmania and find the link to "Volunteer Positions" (on right hand panel) to see updated lists of volunteer positions advertised by a range of community groups and organisations.

DonorTec – Bringing Technology donations to non profits
If you are a non-profit organisation looking to upgrade your software or hardware, visit the DonorTec website. Often the latest products are received as donations and DonorTec assists eligible charities and nonprofit organisations to access them. There is a small administration fee per product but this program could save your organisation a lot of money. You can also call the customer support line on 03 99122869.

An on-line resource guide by Probono Australia that aims to give easy access to Not For Profit and Community organisations in sourcing:

Volunteer Connect - a community service from Volunteering Tasmania
Volunteer Connect has introduced an online database that enables anyone to search for volunteer vacancies, and also enables organisations to advertise positions for volunteers. Community organisations are able to register an account and advertise positions on the database, and volunteers can register and personalise their volunteer profile with career interests and their availability to volunteer. The aim is to simplify pathways to volunteering and help the matching process to ensure potential volunteers have enough information regarding the position and the organisation before enquiring. Crucially, the information can be accessed at any time from any computer with web access.
