Community Services Industry Plan 2009-2012
The Community Services Industry Plan 2009-2012 is driven and owned by community services organisations across Tasmania. The Industry Plan outlines the priorities of community services, the challenge will now be securing the resources to achieve the priorities. Next steps – Implementation of the Industry Plan 2009
1. An Industry Plan Reference Group that sits under the Community Services Peaks Network and works towards progress in the priority areas of the Plan has now been established. The Industry Plan Implemenation Committee has been drawn from not-for-profit community service providers and its members are:

• Therese Taylor from Colony 47
• Noel Mundy from Mission Australia
• Janis McKenna from Carers Tasmania
• Tom Muller from TasCOSS
• Amanda Quealy from The Hobart Clinic
• Des Graham from DHHS
2. The release of a communications plan outlining how individual organisations can use and work to progress the priority areas of the Industry Plan.
3. The release of a vision and values charter.
